During 2023, I discussed the new Employment Equity amendment with several company CEOs, and the verdict is grim. The government will experience push-back and boycotts like they have not yet experienced. Several of the CEOs simply will not supply to the government. In fact, I had one woman who said that her company would actively stop the government from delivering, getting paid for services and securing resources. Every CEO had the same message. They wouldn’t provide any politician with a single vote and they would actively work to turn voters against them. It looks like the struggle is back on…for the politicians.
